When we read and filmed the making of this dish, we were wondering if Angeline Lim made a mistake in her recipe because it was so short! We thought we had to add something into the recipe but were warned by the dragon lady that this recipe is already super yummilicious and the binding of bacon will give us a well-rounded mix of juiciness and taste.
And she was right – this is by far the simplest and most straightforward Turkey recipe, we’ve ever made! Delicious, yet simple and an absolutely mouthwatering experience.

- 1 boneless Turkey Breast （1个无骨火鸡胸肉）
- 10 to 12 pieces of Bacon (10至12块培根)
- Handful of Sage (少数鼠尾草)
- Salt and pepper (盐和胡椒)
- Kitchen string (绳子)
Cooking Directions 烹煮过程
Step 1: Prepare the Turkey Breast （准备火鸡胸肉）
Season the surface of the Turkey Breast with salt and pepper, lay Sage on it. Wrap with weaved Bacons strips. Secure with kitchen strings. （把盐和胡椒粉抹在火鸡胸肉的表面。把鼠尾草和培根放在火鸡上。用绳子固定。）
Step 2: Bake （烘烤）
Preheat oven at 180 Degrees Celsius. Bake for 45mins on medium rack. To check if it’s cooks, insert a food thermometer into the centre of the breast meat. Optimal temperature is 70 Degree Celsius, do not cook beyond 75 Degree Celsius. （在180摄氏度，预热烤箱。在中架上烘烤45分钟。要检查火鸡是否煮熟，在胸肉中央插入食物温度计。最佳温度为70摄氏度，不要超过75摄氏度。）
Step 3: Ready to serve （准备用餐）
Let it rest for 15 mins before serving. （烤熟后，搁置15分钟才用餐。）
