What started as a challenge has transformed the unassuming chicken wings from dull to pow-wow!

Happiness Sweet & Sticky Chicky Wings

No. of servings: 4 to 5
- 4 Chicken Wings (4只鸡翅)
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar (1/4杯香醋)
- 1/4 cup Ribena Cordial (1/4杯利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁)
- 1/4 cup Soft Brown Sugar (1/4杯红糖)
- 1/8 cup Soy Sauce (1/8杯酱油)
- 3 cloves Garlic, sliced (3瓣大蒜，切片)
- 1/2 tbsp toasted Sesame Seeds （1/2汤匙烤芝麻）
- Carrot, stripes （胡萝卜，切条）
Cooking Directions 烹煮过程
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken Wing （腌制鸡翅）
In a mixing bowl with chicken wings, pour in all ingredients except for the garnishing. Mix well and seal with a cling wrap. Leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
在碗里混合， 鸡翅， 大蒜，香醋，利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁， 红糖和酱油。用保鲜膜密封，然后，放入冰箱腌制至少2小时。
Step 2: Bake the Chicken Wing & Cook the Sauce （烤鸡翅和煮酱）
Preheat the oven to 230oC. Line a rimmed baking sheet with baking paper/aluminium foil.
Place the chicken wing on the baking sheet and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Meanwhile, place the marinade in a small saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook over low heat until thick, about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Ready to serve （上菜咯！）
Glaze the cooked marinade on each cooked chicken wing. Garnishing and serve immediately.
- The cooked marinade gets sticky when it’s cooled down. If it gets too sticky before you could glaze it on the wing, reheat to liquefy it.
