- 500 gm Pork ribs (500克猪排骨)
- 3 tbsp corn flour (3汤匙蜀粉)
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce (1汤匙酱青)
- 1 tsp salt (1茶匙盐)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (1汤匙麻油)
- 1/2 tsp white pepper (1/2茶匙胡椒粉)
- 3 tbsp ribena cordial (3汤匙利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁)
- 4 cloves garlic minced (4瓣大蒜,切碎)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (2汤匙柠檬汁)
- 8 tbsp ribena (8汤匙利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁)
- 1/2 tsp salt (1/2茶匙盐)
- 4 tbsp water (4汤匙水)
- In a mixing bowl with pork rib, pour in light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, pepper and Ribena Blackcurrant Cordial. Mix well and seal with a cling wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hr. (把排骨,酱青,盐,芝麻油,胡椒和3汤匙利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁,倒入碗里。混合后并用保鲜膜密封。放入冰箱,腌制至少1小时。)
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in saucepan, fry garlic. Pour in Ribena, water and salt and bring it to a boil. Add in fried pork ribs and stir well. Cover the pan and cook with medium heat for 2-3min, add ins lemon juice and cook till the sauce thickens. (在另一个炒锅,热1汤匙油。爆香大蒜。倒入利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁,水和盐,并将它煮沸。加入炸猪排,搅拌均匀。盖上锅,用中火煮约2-3分钟。加入柠檬汁,煮到酱汁变稠。)
- Transfer to a plate, garnish and serve immediately. (即使享用!)
