Almost too cute to eat, these cookies are even more fun when you have little helpers on hand. They are easy to bake, decorate and assemble using a simple round cookie cutter and a handful of ingredients. For a more fragrant and healthier choice, home cook Judy Ng even included almond flour into the recipe. It contains protein, fibre and vitamin E. Almond flour also adds flavour in the form of very mild sweetness and makes the cookies crumbly and melt in your mouth upon every bite!
Every snowman melts differently so crank up the Christmas tunes and take your creative spin on these cookies however you like! Place them under the tree or tuck them into stockings for a Christmas morning surprise 🎄
