Ingredients
- 4 rabbit fishes cleaned (4白肚鱼,清洗)
- 1 yellow onion large-size, cut into big chunks (1黄洋葱,切成大块)
- 1 whole garlic (1个大蒜)
- 2 pieces leeks cut into big chunks (2蒜,切成大块)
- 4 slices orange (4片橙)
- 4 coriander sprigs (4个芫茜)
- Handful of salt (盐)
- Handful of white pepper powder (白胡椒粉)
- Handful of olive oil (橄榄油)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the fish (准备鱼)
- Slice the fish stomach and marinate the whole fish with pinches of salt, white pepper and olive oil. Place 1 slice of orange and 1 twee of coriander in the fish stomach. Set aside. (开鱼胃。用盐,白胡椒和橄榄油腌制整个鱼。在鱼的胃里放1片橙和1个芫茜。搁置。)
Step 2: Sautee the vegetables(炒蔬菜)
- In a pan with lid, heat up 3 tbsp oil. Sautéed onion and leek until it turns dark brown. Remove from heat. Set aside. (在有盖的锅中,加热3汤匙油。炒洋葱和韭菜,直到颜色变成深棕色。熄火,备用。)
Step 3: Grill and Roast the Fish (烤鱼)
- In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Once we see smoke emitting out, place fishes into the pan. Use spatula to press it down so that the fishes can be grilled evenly. Once the skin has change colour, turn and grill the other side. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. (在另一个锅里,热2汤匙油。一旦看到烟,把鱼放入锅里。使用铲子将鱼压下,以便鱼可以均匀的煮熟。一旦皮变色,把鱼翻到另一边煮。熄火,让它稍微冷却一下. )
- In the pan with sautéed vegetables, place the fishes on top. With high heat, cover and roast for 3 - 4 minutes. Check and ready to serve. (5 分中后,把鱼摆放在炒好的蔬菜上。盖上锅盖,用高热烤3到4分钟。即可享用!)
