- 500 gm salmon 500克新鲜的三文鱼
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil (4汤匙油)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1茶匙芫荽粉
- 1 stalk lemongrass (1只香茅切片)
- 5 shallots peeled and chopped (5个葱, 去皮,切碎)
- 5 cloves garlic peeled and chopped (5个大蒜, 去皮,切碎)
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder (2茶匙姜黄粉)
- 4 teaspoons spicy kecap manis known as Indonesian sweet soy sauce(4茶匙印尼甜酱油, 辣味)
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce (1茶匙蚝油)
- 500 gm ripe pineapple cut into cubes (500克的凤梨,切成立方体)
- 1 red onion sliced and cut into squares (1个红洋葱,切成立方体)
- 2 tomato cut into cubes (4个番茄,切成立方体)
- 1 stalk coriander finely chopped (1棵芫荽切碎 )
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (4汤匙橄榄油)
- Step 1: Cut the fresh salmon into slices and set aside for marinate. (将新鲜的三文鱼切成片。)
- Step 2: Marinate the salmon pieces with the spices for at least 1 hour. (把香料和三文鱼均匀的混合在一起,放入冰箱, 腌制至少1个种。)
- Step 3: Pan sear for 1- 2 minutes on each side using low medium fire. (1个种后,将腌制的三文鱼取出。在平底锅里用中底火将油煮热,然后把三文鱼放入锅里煎。)
- Step 4: Serve Warm with Pineapple Salsa. (煎好后放在盘里, 将凤梨莎拉倒在三文鱼上。)
Tips
- Remember to wear gloves if you are using your hands to marinate the salmon. The turmeric powder will stain your hands. (如果您使用手来腌三文鱼, 请记得要戴手套。因为姜黄粉会把双手沾黄。)
- Salmon cooks really fast. Don’t leave it unattended. (三文鱼不需要很长的烹煮时间,每一面只需要烹煮1至2分钟, 所以不要在煎鱼时离开火炉。)
- If you have a blender, you may blend the spices with a little bit of water to make it into a paste. The paste will coat the salmon better and it allows the taste and fragrance of the spices to be fully infused. (如果您有一个搅拌器,你可以用一点水和香料混合,搅成糊状。香料糊可以均匀的腌制三文鱼,香料的味道能充分的腌入三文鱼里。)
- Use a non-stick pan so that the fish does not breaks up as you flip to cook. (使用不粘锅,鱼就不会在烹煮是因翻转而散开。)
