This healthy Lemony Greek Yoghurt Chicken Wrap packs a whole lot of nutrients to start the morning right! Your go-to recipe for a busy morning when your hunger can’t wait. It only takes 20 minutes to make this dish.

This is the Sadia's Lemony Chicken!
Here are the ingredients you’ll need: Sadia Lemony Greek Yogurt Chicken, wraps, eggs, whole milk, butter, avocado, baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Start off by reheating the chicken in the oven for 15 minutes. As it is fully cooked and pre-marinated, you can bake it straight from the freezer into the oven! Saves a lot of time, isn’t it?

Slice the chicken into thin slices

Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients

Cut the avocado into strips
Slice tomatoes into halves. Remove pit and peel avocado. Slice avocado into strips.

Make the scrambled eggs by pushing it inwards
Once done, cook the scramble egg.
Heat pan on medium low heat. Once heated, add in butter to melt. Beat eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper. Pour egg into pan and push eggs inwards to make scramble eggs. When eggs are almost set, remove from heat. Allow the residual heat to continue to cook eggs.
Lastly, get ready to assemble the chicken.
Lay out wrap on serving plate and place handful of spinach on top. Transfer eggs onto the wrap. Top wrap with tomato and avocado. Top chicken strips on each wrap.

Gather all the ingredients and roll into a wrap!

- 1 packet Sadia Lemony Greek Yogurt Chicken
- 4 wraps
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp whole milk
- 1 knob butter
- 1 avocado
- 80 g baby spinach
- 160 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp pepper to taste
- Reheat chicken in oven for 15 minutes at 200C.
- Slice tomatoes into halves.
- Remove pit and peel from avocado.
- Slice avocado into strips.
- Beat eggs with milk, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat pan on medium low heat with butter.
- Pour egg into pan and push eggs inwards to scramble eggs.
- When almost set, remove from heat. Residual heat will continue to cook eggs.
- After the chicken is heated up, slice the chicken into strips.
- Lay out wrap on serving plate and place handful of spinach on top.
- Tap wrap with tomato and transfer eggs equally onto each wrap.
- Lay the avocado and sliced chicken onto each wrap.
- Wrap it up and enjoy.
