Ingredients
  • 1sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 12tbsp apricot jam
  • 12 raspberriesrinsed and patted dry
  • 24 blueberriesrinsed and wiped dry
  • 3bars LAKTO Cheese Curb in Belgian Chocolate Coating
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the puff pastry
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Place the frozen puff pastry on a lined baking tray. Use a pizza cutter and slice it into twelve pieces.
  3. Bake the puff pastry for 13 mins until golden brown.
  4. Once baked through, remove from oven and let it cool down completely.
Step 2: Assemble & serve
  1. Use a tablespoon and press into the puff pastry to create a well.
  2. Fill the well with 1 tbsp apricot jam and top it up with raspberry and blueberries.
  3. Unwrap the Lakto Cheesecurd and cut it into 4 pieces for each bar. Place a piece on top of the puff, dust with icing sugar, and serve.
