Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pumpkin
Remove Pumpkin skin and seeds. Rinse and cut into small pieces. Steam till slightly soft, then blend into a puree. *Add some broth for easy blending.
Step 2: Cook the Pumpkin soup
Heat broth in clay pot and add Pumpkin Purée when it’s boiling. Mix well.
Throw in Seafood, then Vegetables. Cover and simmer for about 7-8 mins. Add Salt, and Corn Starch to thicken if needed.
Step 3: Serve immediately
Serve your delicious Claypot Golden Pumpkin Soup piping hot with vinegar.
