Ingredients
- 1 can Ayam Brand Saba in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 slices cheese
- 1 stalk spring onions
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the eggs
- Drain the canned saba. In a bowl, add the eggs, saba, spring onions, salt, and pepper. Beat to mix well.
- Add cooking oil to the tamagoyaki pan and pour half of the eggs. Lay 1 slice of cheese on top.
- Let the eggs cook until the bottom is firm but the top still runny then carefully roll the egg up and push it to the bottom of the pan.
- Add more oil if needed and pour the rest of the eggs. Lift the previous egg roll up to let the new egg batter flow underneath it. Place the remaining cheese slice on the new egg batter.
- When the bottom is firm, but top still runny, roll the egg up.
Step 2: Serve
- Slice the egg roll and arrange on a dish.
