Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast boneless(1个无骨火鸡胸肉)
- 10 to 12 pieces bacon (10至12块培根)
- Handful of sage (少数鼠尾草)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Turkey Breast (准备火鸡胸肉)
- Season the surface of the Turkey Breast with salt and pepper, lay Sage on it. Wrap with weaved Bacons strips. Secure with kitchen strings. (把盐和胡椒粉抹在火鸡胸肉的表面。把鼠尾草和培根放在火鸡上。用绳子固定。)
Step 2: Bake (烘烤)
- Preheat oven at 180 Degrees Celsius. Bake for 45mins on medium rack. To check if it’s cooks, insert a food thermometer into the centre of the breast meat. Optimal temperature is 70 Degree Celsius, do not cook beyond 75 Degree Celsius. (在180摄氏度,预热烤箱。在中架上烘烤45分钟。要检查火鸡是否煮熟,在胸肉中央插入食物温度计。最佳温度为70摄氏度,不要超过75摄氏度。)
