A) Dry Ingredients
  • 50g Coconut flour
  • 40g Hershey cocoa powder(unsweetened)
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp Xanthan gum
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 1pinch salt
B) Wet Ingredients
  • 225g unsalted butter(melted)
  • 4 large eggs(beaten)
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
Nuts and Chocolates
  • 75g Crushed walnuts
  • 50g chocolate chips
  • 7 x 7inch Square baking tray
  1. Preheat oven to 165°C.
  2. Lay parchment paper on a 7×7 inch baking tray. Set aside.
  3. Add ingredient (A) in a mixing bowl, mix it evenly. Sieve the mixture to remove any impurities or lumps.
  4. In another mixing bowl, add in ingredients (B) and mix evenly.
  5. Pour (3) into (4) gradually and mix well.
  6. Drizzle walnut and chocolate chips onto the brownie batter, stir to ensure that it is well distributed.
  7. Pour the mixture into lined baking tray and baked for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
