Ingredients
- 2 tubes egg beancurd
- 150 g Del Monte Mixed Vegetable
- 300 g minced pork add in 3 tbsp water
- 3 small shiitake mushrooms rehydrated and cut into 5 slices each
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 120 ml water
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp sugar to taste
- 1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
- cornflour mixture 1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Prepare the beancurd
- Cut the beancurd into 1cm thickness.
Deep fry the beanrud
- In a frying pan, heat up 800ml oil to 180 degrees
- Add in beancurd and fry till golden brown
- Remove from oil and drain. Set aside.
Fry the ingredients and serve
- In a frying pan, heat up 1 tbsp oil. Fry garlic till fragrant.
- Add in minced pork and fry till ¾ cooked.
- Add in Del Monte mixed vegetables, all the seasoning and water. Fry to well mixed.
- Add in the fried beancurd and simmer for 2 mins.
- Add in corn flour mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Serve immediately.
