Fusion Korean Beef Galbi Nachos
This exciting dish is simple to make and be sure to excite the taste bud of your guests with the layers of texture. With every bite, the crunchiness from the nachos and wanton wrapper, the mild spiciness from the hot pepper sauce, the juice that oozes out from the Kimchi and the beef, together with the richness of the cheese is simply perfection!

  • 500g sliced beef(500克牛肉片)
  • ½ slice lemonextract juice (半个柠檬)

  • 250ml nacho cheese sauce(250毫升納喬奶酪醬)
  • 1tablespoon korean hot pepper paste(1湯匙韓國辣椒)
  • 55g cheddar cheeseshredded (55克達乾酪)
  • 100ml sour cream(100毫升酸奶)
  • 2tablespoons lemon juicetaken from 1 lemon (2湯匙柠檬汁)
  • coriander leavesgarnish (芫茜,点缀)
Beef Marinades (牛肉腌汁)
  • 120ml soy sauce(120毫升酱青)
  • 4cloves garlic(4瓣大蒜)
  • 2teaspoons sesame oil(2茶匙麻油)
  • 2tablespoons brown sugar(2汤匙红糖)
  • 4tablespoons gingerfresh, peeled and chopped (4汤匙鲜生姜,去皮,切片)

  1. Step 1: Prepare the beef – Lay beef in a bowl, squeeze lemon and set aside. 准备牛肉 - 莱牛肉放入碗中,挤柠檬,待用。
  2. Step 2: Prepare the marinade - In a blender, combine all marinade ingredients and blend until smooth. Combine marinade with steak and let it sit for 20 minutes. 把所有的腌料倒入搅拌机里搅拌。倒入牛肉里,腌20分钟。

Using a microwavable serving bowl, assemble the nachos in layers in the following order: Wonton chips, Nachos, beef, kimchi, cheese sauce, and shredded cheese, repeat as you go until the ingredients are used up.
