Fusion Korean Beef Galbi Taco
A brilliant combination of the flavorsome Korean Beef Galbi coupled with the natural sweetness from the salad and tiny lemon balls will serve to brighten up your day. To enhance the flavor,  you can also top it up with shredded cheddar cheese, melt it by baking in the oven at 200 Degree Celsius for 5 minutes and *boom*, it's a new flavor that you can call your own!

  • 500g sliced beef(500克牛肉片)
  • 10 taco shellstoast in oven at 200 degree celsius for 5 mins to achieve the crispy texture (10个墨西哥玉米卷,放入烤箱烤5分钟200摄氏度)
  • ½slice lemonextracted juice (半个柠檬)
Beef Marinades (牛肉腌汁)
  • 120ml soy sauce(120毫升酱青)
  • 4cloves garlic(4瓣大蒜)
  • 2teaspoons sesame oil(2茶匙麻油)
  • 2tablespoons brown sugar(2汤匙红糖)
  • 4tablespoons gingerfresh, peeled and chopped (4汤匙鲜生姜,去皮,切片)
  • 1 asian pearremove core and chopped (1个梨,去芯,切碎)
  • 2bunch coriander leaveschopped (2束芫茜)
  • ½teaspoons ground black pepper(半茶匙黑胡椒)
Salad (沙拉)
  • 2 green Lemonsremove skin, cut into small pieces (2个柠檬,去皮,切小块)
  • 2 spring onionscut on the bias (2条青葱,斜切)
  • 10 cherry tomatocut into wedges (10个小蕃茄,切成楔形)
  • 1 carrotsliced paper thin with peeler (1根胡萝卜,用削皮器削成薄片)

  1. Step 1: Prepare the beef – Lay beef in a bowl, squeeze lemon and set aside. 准备牛肉 - 莱牛肉放入碗中,挤柠檬,待用。
  2. Step 2: Prepare the marinade - In a blender, combine all marinade ingredients and blend until smooth. Combine marinade with steak and let it sit for 20 minutes. 把所有的腌料倒入搅拌机里搅拌。倒入牛肉里,腌20分钟。
  3. Step 3: Cook the steak - Heat a skillet over high heat and sear steak until caramelized and cook to desired doneness. Allow the beef to cool down, slice it into strips. 在热煎锅里,烤熟牛肉片。让牛肉冷却下来,切成条状。
