Ingredients
- 500 g yam skin removed (500克芋头,去皮)
- 3-4 tbsp vegetable cooking oil (3-4汤匙油)
- 100 g sugar (100克糖)
- 4 tbsp water (4汤匙水)
- 1 corn ready-to-eat (1罐玉米,即食)
- 100 g coconut milk (100克椰奶)
Instructions
Step 1: Steam to soften the Yam, mash to paste form (蒸芋头)
- Cut the Yam into small pieces and place it in a steamer. Steam for about 30 - 40 mins on high fire, until soft. (将芋头切成小块。放入蒸锅里,蒸约30 - 40分钟,直到松软。)
Step 2: Mash to paste form (捣碎成泥)
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and mash it. (放入碗里,捣碎成泥。)
Step 3: Fry it (炒)
- Heat up a frying pan on medium heat. Add in cooking oil, yam paste, sugar and water. Stir fry until well mixed and aromatic. (加热炒锅。倒入油,芋泥,糖和水。搅拌均匀,直到香味扑鼻。)
Step 4: Serve warm (上菜咯!)
- Top it up with coconut milk and corn before serving , quantity as desired.(在上菜前,倒上椰奶和玉米,即可享用!)
