Ingredients
- ½ honeydew (½蜜瓜)
- 1 rock melon (1哈密瓜)
- 200 g sago small-size(200克小西米)
- ½ can carnation evaporated milk for dessert (½罐三花淡奶,甜点)
- 400 ml coconut cream (400ml椰奶)
- 1 l water (1升水)
500ml Sugar water (500毫升糖油 混合糖和热水)
- 200 g sugar (200克糖)
- 500 ml hot water (500毫升热水)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook sago (煮小西米)
- In a pot with 1 litre of boiling water, add in sago and boil for 10 mins. Switch off the fire, cover the lid, and let it continue to cook for 5 mins. Once the sago have become transparent, remove the sago using a sieve and submerge it into a bowl of room temperature water. Rinse it for 3 times. Let cool, set aside. (在锅中煮沸1升的水,加入西米,搅拌,煮沸10分钟。熄火,盖上盖子,让它继续煮5分钟。一旦西米变透明,用筛子取出西米,倒入一碗室温水中。冲洗3次。放在一旁,退热。)
Step 2: Shape the melon (准备密瓜球)
- Use the carving tool and carve the melons into balls. Set aside. (使用工具,将蜜瓜挖成圆状。搁置。)
Step 3: Assemble and ready to eat! (把所有的材料倒入锅里,即可享用!)
- In a pot, pour in Sago, melon, carnation milk, coconut milk, water 500ml, 100ml of sugar water, mix well. Adjust sweetness with more sugar water. Top it up with ice and ready to eat.(把西米,密瓜球,淡奶,椰奶, 500毫升水, 100毫升糖油,倒入锅里拌匀。倒入冰块,即可享用!)
