Ingredients
- 250 g Planta margarine
- 1 egg
- 250 g castor sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 50 ml ribena blackcurrant cordial
- 580 g plain flour
- 8 drops purple colouring
- 8 drops pink colouring
- 1 packet silver balls for cookie decorations
Instructions
Step 2: Prepare to bake
- Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius.
- Transfer the cookie dough to the dahlia shape maker.
- Line the baking tray with baking paper. Press the dough out from the shape maker and decorate it with silver balls.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Set aside to cool and it is ready to serve
- Remove the cookies from the oven and set it aside to cool. Best to store it in an airtight container to keep it light and crumbly!
