Kuih Dahlia

  • 250g Planta margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 250g castor sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 50ml ribena blackcurrant cordial
  • 580g plain flour
  • 8drops purple colouring
  • 8drops pink colouring
  • 1packet silver ballsfor cookie decorations
Step 2: Prepare to bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degree Celsius.
  2. Transfer the cookie dough to the dahlia shape maker.
  3. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Press the dough out from the shape maker and decorate it with silver balls.
  4. Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Set aside to cool and it is ready to serve
  1. Remove the cookies from the oven and set it aside to cool. Best to store it in an airtight container to keep it light and crumbly!
