Step 1: Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, mix the chicken with the BBQ marinade. Cling wrap and place it in the chiller for at least 1 hr.
Step 2: Cook the chicken and ready to serve
In a pan with heated oil, add in chopped garlic and onion. Fry till the onion softens.
Add the marinated chicken meat and allow it to fully cook. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a serving plate. Leave the excess sauce in the pan.
Add corn starch into the sauce to thicken it. Pour the sauce into a serving bowl and serve it together with the meat and the vegetables.
