Ingredients
  • 400g chicken thighcut into large strips
  • 1/2cup spicy korean bbq marinade
  • 1 white onionmedium-size, sliced
  • 1tsp chopped garlic
  • 1tsp corn starchfor thickening
Vegetables for wrap
  • shiso leaves
  • lettuce leaves
  • rossa leaves
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the chicken
  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with the BBQ marinade. Cling wrap and place it in the chiller for at least 1 hr.
Step 2: Cook the chicken and ready to serve
  1. In a pan with heated oil, add in chopped garlic and onion. Fry till the onion softens.
  2. Add the marinated chicken meat and allow it to fully cook. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a serving plate. Leave the excess sauce in the pan.
  3. Add corn starch into the sauce to thicken it. Pour the sauce into a serving bowl and serve it together with the meat and the vegetables.
