Chicken Marinade

boneless chicken thigh meat
cut into short strips

Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the chicken & prepare a hard boil egg
Mix chicken thigh with all the seasoning. Give it a good mix and marinate for at least 30 mins.
In a saucepan with boiling water, boil the egg for 8 mins. Once it is cooked, transfer to a bowl of room temperature water. Deshell and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the noodle
In a saucepan, boil the chicken stock and water. Reduce heat to simmer.
Add in mee sua. Cook for 30 sec or desired doneness and transfer into a serving bowl.
Add in chicken slices and green vegetables. Once the soup starts to boil, off the heat and pour in a bottle of BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken.
Step 3: Assemble and serve immediately
Place the vegetable and chicken meat on the mee sua.
Pour the soup over.
Place the hard boil egg and garnish with fried shallot.
