Ingredients
- 300 g leek (300g大蒜)
- 250 g boneless chicken leg (250g无骨鸡腿)
- 150 g chinese celery (150g中国芹菜)
- 1 tbsp MAGGI Concentrated Chicken Stock (1汤匙MAGGI鲜鸡汁)
Instructions
Step 1:Preparation (准备材料)
- Chinese Celery: Cut stems into 6cm long, keep the leaves separately. (中国芹菜:把茎切成6厘米长,与叶子分开。)
- Leek: Cut the leek into 6cm long. Slit the edges to create volume in the final dish. (大蒜:将它切成6厘米长,在边缘切开.)
- Chicken leg: Cut into bigger pieces, so that the dish will not look too flat and have better texture. Season with 1 tbsp of MAGGI Concentrated Chicken Stock for at least 1 hr. (鸡腿:把鸡切成大块。这样,整盘菜就会看起来比较丰富。 把MAGGI鲜鸡汁倒入鸡块里,拌匀,放入冰箱腌至少1小时。)
Step 2: Cook (烹煮)
- In a frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Stir fry chicken until it’s 90% done. Afterwards, transfer to a plate.(在煎锅里,热1汤匙油。把鸡肉倒入锅里,翻炒,直到90%熟透。倒入盘里,备用。)
- In the same pan, add in leek and celery stems。 Stir-fry until it’s 50% done. (在同一个锅里,加入大蒜和芹菜茎,翻炒直到50%熟透。)
- Add in the cooked chicken and stir fry for around 2 mins, until it’s fully cooked. Toss in the celery leaves and ready to serve. (加入煮熟的鸡肉,翻炒约2分钟,直到完全熟透。倒入芹菜叶, 快速翻炒。倒入盘里,即可享用!)
