Spicy Saba Fish Baked Rice
Ayam Bran Saba Chili
Step 1: Cook the ingredients and sauce
In a pan, add the butter, onions, garlic, and carrots, and cook until soft. Add in the flour and stir until smooth.
Gradually add in the milk while stirring until the sauce has thickened then half of the cheese. Stir until smooth.
Add in the whole can of saba. Cook for 1 minute and taste. Add salt and pepper if needed.
Stir in the cooked rice until well mixed.
Step 2: Bake the rice
Heat the oven to 200°C and butter a baking dish.
Add half of the rice mixture to the baking dish and add half of the remaining cheese. Repeat layers.
Place the dish to bake for 20 minutes or until the top cheese layer is browned and bubbling at the edges.
