remove seeds and slice thickly

Instructions
Marinate the chicken
Mix the marinade ingredients and coat the chicken and mushrooms. Marinate for a few hours or overnight
Steam the chicken
Place the wood ear fungus onto the dish and add the marinated chicken mixture over the fungus.
Spread red dates and goji berries on the chicken.
Steam for 25 minutes.
Garnish and serve
Remove the dish from the steamer, and add in the black-boned chicken essence.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
