Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken cut into 12 pcs
- 2 tbsp spicy tau cheo paste
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 8 slices ginger
- spring onions as desired
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp kecap manis
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Marinate the chicken
- Marinate the chicken with 1 tbsp tau cheo paste and 1 tsp cornstarch. Set aside.
- Step 2: Fry the dish and serve
- In a heated pan, pour in 1 tbsp oil. Place ginger, spring onion and fry until fragrant.
- Next, fry the garlic and place in the chicken. Pour in kecap manis and fry till chicken is cooked.
- Garnish with spring onions and the dish is ready to be served.
