Tender Blackcurrant Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  • 500gm Pork ribs(500克猪排骨)
  • 3tbsp corn flour (3汤匙蜀粉)
  • 1tbsp light soy sauce(1汤匙酱青)
  • 1tsp salt(1茶匙盐)
  • 1tbsp sesame oil(1汤匙麻油)
  • 1/2tsp white pepper(1/2茶匙胡椒粉)
  • 3tbsp ribena cordial (3汤匙利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁)
Sauce (酱汁)
  • 4cloves garlicminced (4瓣大蒜,切碎)
  • 2tbsp lemon juice(2汤匙柠檬汁)
  • 8tbsp ribena(8汤匙利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁)
  • 1/2tsp salt(1/2茶匙盐)
  • 4tbsp water(4汤匙水)
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Pork Ribs(腌制排骨)
  1. In a mixing bowl with pork rib, pour in light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, pepper and Ribena Blackcurrant Cordial. Mix well and seal with a cling wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hr. (把排骨,酱青,盐,芝麻油,胡椒和3汤匙利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁,倒入碗里。混合后并用保鲜膜密封。放入冰箱,腌制至少1小时。)
Step 2: Deep Frying the Pork Rib (炸排骨)
  1. In a deep-frying wok, use medium flame to heat up 1 litre of oil. (在炒锅中,使用中火热1毫升的油。)
  2. Meanwhile, remove the Pork Rib from the refrigerator, coat with corn flour. Once the oil is heated up, deep fry pork rib till it turns golden brown. Drain and set aside. (同时,从冰箱取出腌制好的排骨,抹上蜀粉。一旦油热了,把排骨一个一个的放入油锅里炸,直到它变成金黄色。沥干油,把炸排骨放在盘里,备用。)
Step 3: Stir-fry before serving (煮酱汁,与排骨混合)
  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in saucepan, fry garlic. Pour in Ribena, water and salt and bring it to a boil. Add in fried pork ribs and stir well. Cover the pan and cook with medium heat for 2-3min, add ins lemon juice and cook till the sauce thickens. (在另一个炒锅,热1汤匙油。爆香大蒜。倒入利賓納黑加仑子浓果汁,水和盐,并将它煮沸。加入炸猪排,搅拌均匀。盖上锅,用中火煮约2-3分钟。加入柠檬汁,煮到酱汁变稠。)
  2. Transfer to a plate, garnish and serve immediately. (即使享用!)
