Thai Spicy Instant Noodle with Seafood

  • 1packet instant noodles(1包快熟面)
  • 3 large prawnsde-shelled and de-veined, leave head and tail intact. (3只大虾,去壳和取出静脉,留虾头和虾尾)
  • ½slice squidinto smaller pieces (½只乌贼,切成小片)
  • ½ tomatocut into small wedges (1/2的番茄,切成小块)
  • ½ white onionthinly sliced (1/2白洋葱,切成薄片)
  • 4tablespoon chinese celerycut in to 1" length (4汤匙中国芹菜,切成1“的长度)
Sauce (酱)
  • ½tablespoon sugar( ½汤匙糖)
  • 1 ½tablespoon lime juice(1 ½ 汤匙柠檬汁)
  • 1tablespoon nam prik pao(1汤匙Nam Prik Pao)
  • 4pieces chilli padicut into small (4条小辣椒,切成小块)
  • 2cloves garlicchopped (2瓣大蒜,切碎)
  • 1 ½teaspoon fish sauce(1½ 茶匙鱼露)
  1. Step 1 – Mixing the sauce: In a mixing bowl, add sugar, lime juice, Namprik Pao, fish sauce, chilli padi and garlic. Stir well until sugar dissolve and adjust the seasoning to your own taste preference. (酱-在搅拌碗,加白糖,柠檬汁,Nam Prik pao,鱼露,小辣椒和大蒜。搅拌均匀至到糖溶化.
  2. Step 2: In a saucepan, boil 2 big bowls of water. Put the prawn and squid into the saucepan and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove the cooked prawn and squid from the saucepan and mix it with the sauce in the mixing bowl. (在一个锅里,烧2大碗开水。把虾和乌贼放入锅中煮2分钟。取下锅里煮熟的虾和鱿鱼,然后和碗中的酱拌匀。)
  3. Step 3: In the same saucepan, cook the noodles for 2 minutes in boiling water. Sieve cooked noodles into the mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly and mix well with the sauce (在同一个锅里,把快熟面放锅里煮2分钟。将加熟面条放入搅拌碗和酱混合。)
  4. Step 4: Add tomato, onion and chinese celery into the mixing bowl and serve. (加入番茄,洋葱和芹菜进入搅拌碗。)
